Full Fourier Series Problem

Our "Full Fourier Series" problem tells us to "Compute the full Fourier series of $f(x)=x−x^2$ over the interval $[0,1/2].$

From what I understand from class and the Fourier series demo on this site, however, the full Fourier series for a function (as opposed to just the Fourier sine or cosine series) is defined over the interval $[-L,L],$ not $[0,L]$. Shouldn't the interval be $[-\frac{1}{2}, \frac{1}{2}]$, then?
