I think he wants us to use Wolfram Alpha to help us check our answers and to visualize curves etc. I think he actually wants to see the work to find the critical points, and how you got there. Not just the answers and that you got it from wolfram alpha. Have you tried to download mathematica and work through it on there to help you with the step by step to find out how they got to that answer? That may help some, at least then you can understand where in your work they went from to find the last part that youre missing.
