View counts do not work on one topic

i noticed that one of our topic do not count views , but all others they do correctly, why?

Hi there, could you elaborate on this? Do you mean that the view count doesn’t show, or the number shown is incorrect (but how would you validate that?). If it’s the first, can you try safe mode and see if it appears?
