A researcher takes sample temperatures in Fahrenheit of 16 days from Portland (Group 1) and 20 days from New York City (Group 2). Test the claim that the mean temperature in Portland greater than the mean temperature in New York City. Use a significance level of \(\alpha=0.01\).
