Typesetting an integral

I am having trouble posting to the Calc forum for our first question. How do I type an Integral?

  • Good question! I'll give you an even better answer because - here's a way to find out how to emulate anything that has been typed into the forum.

f your cntrl-click (or right-click) on someone's typeset math, youcan see exactly what they typed. For example, if I do that with Audrey's integral, I get:

    int_0^1 int_0^3 (-3x^2 + 6xy - 3y^2) dx dy.

Keep in that this doesn't include the double percent delimiters (%%) as described in this meta post, so you've got to include that, too.
