Hey guys I was wondering if anyone got the same answer as me for #11 f(x,y)= x\sin(xy^2)
for the df/dx I got \cos(y^2) and for df/dy I got x\cos(xy) if you got something else let me know

Well, f is a product of two separate functions of x, that is

f(x,y) = x \times \sin(xy^2).

So, I guess you’re going to need to use the product rule for \partial f/\partial x, which should give a sum of two terms.

You’re also going to need to use the chain for both derivatives.
