Problem 2 Webwork 10

abjorkma

Can anyone help with problem 2 on Webwork 10? The question is:
(f^{-1})'(x)= 1/(f'(f^{-1}(x)) find
(f^{-1})'(-4) if f(2)=-4 and f'(2)=2/11

Well, remember that the formula

(f^{-1})'(x)=\frac{1}{f'(f^{-1}(x))}

expresses the fact that there is a reciprocal relationship between the derivative of a function and the derivative of its inverse.

Now, I really only see one derivative value floating around in the statement of your problem, so it might be reasonable to guess that the answer should be the reciprocal of that???
