Which Julia set II

This problem is something of a counter point to this one. Here's another Julia set of period 11 but this time the orbit is drawn:

What is the label associated with this Julia set? I guess it should be a fraction. Can you use this to find the location of the image in the Mandelbrot set?

I believe the "label" would be 3/11, corresponding to this place on the Mandelbrot set
